Former and future(?) presidents honored at inauguration

As Fox News cameras lingered on Schwarzenegger, Karl Rove, Donald Rumsfeld, and others in the main viewing stand of the inaugural parade, commentators discussed the Republican party's future. Of course, Schwarzenegger's praises were sung for his successes in California along with the political prowess of Rove, the only other name mentioned. At one point, news anchor Shepherd Smith caught himself after saying of the constitutional prohibition for foreign born citizens to be president, "when they change the rules...[long pause] ...if they change the rules..."
